Tour northwest along the coast to the river mouth at La Vena. Boarding smaller boats we travel upriver through the mangroves to view tropical birds and wildlife. Next stop is the village of Tenacatita where you'll find a great beach for swimming. Restaurants offering fresh seafood and cold beverages line the shore. From there it's a 5 minute walk to a great snorkeling spot. |
